Entity: Stratition Sub-Brand: Markexta (a Stratition brand) Contact: contact@stratition.com Jurisdiction: India Effective Date: [9 May 2026] Last Updated: [9 May 2026]

This Refund Policy governs all payment transactions made in connection with any service offered by Stratition and its sub-brand Markexta. By completing any payment to Stratition or Markexta, the Client unconditionally acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to this Policy in full. This Policy forms part of the binding agreement between Stratition and the Client alongside the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published at stratition.com.

1. Preamble

Stratition is a company incorporated under the laws of India and the parent entity of Markexta. Stratition and Markexta operate exclusively as providers of digital services. All services offered by Stratition and Markexta are produced on a one-time basis and delivered electronically. Given the nature of digital service delivery, where production labour, research, and resources are committed from the moment of payment, all payments made to Stratition or Markexta are treated as final from the point of receipt.

Stratition reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Refund Policy at any time and without prior notice. The revised Policy will take effect immediately upon publication at stratition.com. Continued use of any Stratition or Markexta service or engagement with stratition.com or markexta.com following such publication constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the amended Policy.

2. Absolute No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Stratition or Markexta for any service are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable under all circumstances without exception. No refund, partial refund, credit note, service credit, compensation, or substitute of any kind will be issued, considered, or processed at any point after payment has been received by Stratition or Markexta.

This policy applies universally, unconditionally, and without exception regardless of whether the service has been delivered or is pending delivery at the time of any request, whether the Client has accessed, used, downloaded, or opened the delivered service, whether the Client is dissatisfied with the delivered service for any reason including quality, relevance, applicability, or performance, whether the Client's business circumstances, priorities, or direction have changed after payment, whether the Client has misunderstood the nature, scope, format, or content of the service purchased, whether a technical issue, platform outage, or hosting unavailability affected access to the service at any point within the Access Period, whether the Access Period has not yet commenced or has already expired at the time of the request, whether the Client failed to download or preserve deliverable files before expiry of the Access Period, and whether a third-party platform used in production or delivery experienced any disruption, policy change, or failure.

By completing payment, the Client irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right, claim, or entitlement to a refund under any law, regulation, or consumer protection framework to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. No Exceptions

Stratition does not recognise any exception to this no-refund policy under any circumstances. The following do not constitute valid grounds for a refund claim and will not be considered under any conditions.

Force majeure events affecting Stratition's or Markexta's ability to deliver on a scheduled date do not constitute grounds for a refund. Dissatisfaction with the business outcomes, results, or impact of any service does not constitute grounds for a refund. Changes to the Client's business model, strategy, market focus, or priorities after purchase do not constitute grounds for a refund. Failure by the Client to provide required inputs within agreed timeframes does not constitute grounds for a refund. Expiry of the applicable Access Period without the Client having downloaded or preserved the delivered files does not constitute grounds for a refund. Any report or diagnostic service ceasing to be accessible after its guaranteed access window does not constitute grounds for a refund. Any verbal or written representation made by any Stratition or Markexta representative that is not expressly confirmed in a signed written agreement between the parties does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through any bank, card network, payment processor, or regulatory body after payment has been received by Stratition or Markexta does not constitute a valid refund request and shall be treated as a material breach of the Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any chargeback or payment reversal being initiated by or on behalf of the Client, Stratition reserves the right to immediately and without notice suspend or permanently revoke all access to any and all Stratition and Markexta services including hosted links and downloadable file access. Stratition further reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full Service Fee through all available legal means including civil proceedings and debt recovery under Indian law and any applicable foreign jurisdiction. The Client shall be held liable for all costs incurred by Stratition in recovering such amounts, including legal fees, arbitration costs, and collection charges.

5. No Revisions Within Any Access Period

No service offered by Stratition or Markexta includes any provision for revisions, corrections, amendments, iterations, or recreations of delivered content at any point. During the Access Period, Stratition's sole obligation is to maintain hosted access and downloadable access to the service as originally delivered. Any request for changes, modifications, additions, or corrections to any delivered service will not be acknowledged, processed, or responded to under any circumstances. If a Client requires a revised, corrected, or new version of any service, the Client must purchase a new service at the prevailing price at that time.

6. Access Period Expiry

The expiry of any Access Period does not create any right to a refund, compensation, replacement, extension, or redelivery of any kind. Stratition bears no responsibility for any loss suffered by a Client as a result of failing to download or preserve delivered files before the Access Period expires. The standard Access Period for all Stratition and Markexta services is one (1) year from the Delivery Date unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Where a service carries a shorter guaranteed access period such as three (3) months for certain report or diagnostic services, that period is as specified at the time of purchase. These periods are known, published, and accepted by the Client at the time of purchase. Their expiry constitutes no grounds whatsoever for any claim against Stratition or Markexta.

7. New Purchases

Where a Client wishes to receive a revised, updated, or new version of any Stratition or Markexta service following the expiry of an Access Period or at any other time, the Client must initiate a new purchase at the price prevailing at that time. No previously paid amount will be credited, applied, or deducted from the price of any new purchase. Each purchase is treated as an independent and complete transaction.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on all parties.

9. Contact

All payment-related enquiries must be directed to contact@stratition.com. Stratition does not accept verbal, postal, or in-person refund requests. Submission of a refund request by any means does not constitute an acknowledgement by Stratition of any entitlement to a refund and will not alter the application of this Policy under any circumstances.
