These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Stratition website, digital deliverables, AI-generated content, and all related materials and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Stratition’s Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Stratition is a global AI-driven strategic research and business development company delivering digital-only strategy systems and insights through its proprietary frameworks.
All deliverables are provided in digital form (PDF, XLSX, CSV, or dashboard formats).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stratition’s Services, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • Have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.

3. Description of Services

Stratition provides AI-powered strategy generation, business intelligence, and digital deliverables, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic plans, dashboards, reports, playbooks, templates, and models.

  • Analytical and market insights generated through advanced data processing and proprietary AI systems.

  • Optional add-on services as described in Stratition’s official service catalog.

All outputs are delivered remotely, with no live workshops or meetings, as described in our official structure.

5. Deliverables and Ownership

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell any Stratition deliverable or intellectual property without written permission.

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our systems or documents.

  • Use the Services to develop competing offerings, AI systems, or strategy automation tools.

  • Input confidential third-party data that you do not have rights to share.

Stratition reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these conditions are violated.

5. Data Retention

All deliverables (plans, reports, dashboards, etc.) are licensed, not sold, to you.

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use deliverables internally within your organization.

  • Stratition retains full ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, AI models, and systems used to create your outputs.

  • You may not share, publish, or resell Stratition materials publicly without express written consent.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may vary based on the selected plan (Essential, Accelerator, or Enterprise).

  • Once digital deliverables are delivered, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Invoices must be settled through the payment channels specified by Stratition.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business, financial, and strategic data exchanged during engagement.
Stratition does not disclose client information or proprietary data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

  • Stratition provides informational and strategic recommendations, not financial, legal, or investment advice.

  • While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the Services and deliverables are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Stratition does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance improvements.

  • Users are solely responsible for interpreting and implementing any recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Stratition, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in that case, Stratition’s liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, and AI methodologies provided through Stratition are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
“Stratition” and its associated marks, names, and frameworks are the exclusive property of Stratition.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to Stratition’s intellectual property.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably, failing which they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.
